Stephanie Guaba focuses her practice on white-collar criminal defense and government and internal investigations. Stephanie has defended clients in public corruption and financial cases, and has experience handling complex matters against the US Department of Justice and the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Stephanie has cross-examined critical witnesses in federal criminal trials and, in May 2021, she was part of the trial team that secured a full acquittal for her client in a trial in New Mexico. She also represents clients in complex civil disputes.

During law school, Stephanie worked on the defense team in a high-profile Special Counsel’s Office investigation and related SDNY proceedings and Congressional investigations.

She is fluent in Spanish.
